The Backmol

In 2018, Thomas Peitz opened Die Backmol bakery with a glass bakery in Niederlosheim. Traditional baking methods, our own recipes and our glass bakery bring the bakery experience to life: we prepare our breads and products with a lot of manual labour, selected ingredients from the region, our own recipes without pre-made baking mixes and a lot of love. The flour is supplied by Saarland mills, which also source grain and seeds from the Saarland. These flours are processed into pure natural sourdough and no baking mixes or convenience products are used. because:
