A deposit of 100% of the total price must be paid no later than 1 week before arrival. Payment is made by EC/credit card. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. 50 € deposit. The keys will be handed over on site. Pets are not allowed. 3 € tourist tax per person/night will be charged on site. 60 € fee for final cleaning. The basic price includes towels, bed linen, WiFi and parking.
