Of course, our own brewery products will also be represented there: First and foremost, a new beer called "Abtei-Bräu #blank", a filtered, light-coloured, BIO-certified Märzen beer with a shelf life of 6 months, will be launched as part of the shop opening. It is available in 0.33 litre bottles as a 6-pack or 24-pack crate and as a KEG keg in various sizes.
The aim of the regional shop is to present the "Grüner Kreis" region and a little further afield in one space, thereby representing regionality and promoting sustainability. It is intended to create a "stage" for producers in the region and to familiarise guests and "locals" alike with the businesses and their products and encourage them to buy. Organic and artisanal production chains, as well as ecologically innovative products (such as the porcelain "coffee-to-go" mug) should receive special recognition in our shop.
The cooperation with the regional initiative "Ebbes von Hei" and associations such as BIO, Private Braugasthöfe,... will also be strengthened.
In the further development, there will also be gastronomic and culinary events, the businesses will be given the opportunity to present themselves digitally and the offer will grow together with the shop and the region.
