The Ollinger-Gelz family winery has been cultivating the finest Moselle wine for over 150 years. The shell limestone soils along the Upper Moselle form the basis for a great diversity of grape varieties. Mainly Burgundy grape varieties are grown here, but also Elbling, Müller-Thurgau and Riesling.
Since 2004, the estate has been fully committed to organic viticulture and has been producing Saarland organic wine ever since. This not only guarantees controlled wine quality, but also conserves natural resources.

The Ollinger family will be happy to welcome you to their winery on weekdays by prior arrangement. There you can taste the organic wines, sparkling wine, secco and grape juice and, of course, buy them.
