An advance payment of 50% can be charged after booking. The remaining payment is made on site in cash, PayPal or by bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 50% of the total price. The flat is rented as a holiday and recreational flat. Commercial use is not permitted. Bed linen, towels, soap etc. are included. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Wifi is provided free of charge. The house rules are part of the agreement.
