An advance payment of 30% of the total price can be charged at any time after booking. Payment is made by bank transfer. Cancellation conditions: - Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge - Later cancellations: Cancellation fee 90% of the total price Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 22:00 Departure is possible from 07:00 to 10:00 Key handover takes place on site Pets are allowed on request only in house 1 and 2 for a fee of 10,00€ per pet/night One baby cot including bed linen and 1 high chair are included. Each additional baby cot costs € 15.00 per stay, each additional high chair € 5.00 per stay. Included services: bed linen, towels, final cleaning, WLAN, car park. Heating costs: 5 bags of pellets per week included, each additional bag of pellets at the current price. These are non-smoking houses.
