Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer or in cash on site. 25% prepayment may be charged after booking. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations from 30 - 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total price. Later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the total price. Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 18:00. Departure is possible until 10:30. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation. The keys are handed over personally on site. Pets are not allowed. A cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge on request. An in-house washing machine and dryer can be used on request and for a fee. Included in the basic price: WLAN, car park, lockable storage space for bicycles, bed linen, towels, tea towels, cleaning products, kitchen utensils (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc.).
