Our bright, spacious holiday flats and cosy hotel rooms are the ideal place to switch off and unwind. The historic Dösterhof has been in its present location since around 1650 and has been extensively and lovingly renovated. The Dösterhof presents itself to you as a certified ark farm with a large number of farm animal breeds threatened with extinction and as an animal-friendly, transparent farm. We offer you six bright and spacious hotel rooms, equipped with high-quality travertine natural stone floors and modern bathrooms. They are lovingly furnished with attention to detail and, where possible, old structural details such as window sills made from old oak beams have been preserved. Alternatively, you can also take a break in our four holiday flats. We are certified by the German Hiking Association as a hiker-friendly host and are a "Quality Host Wanderbares Deutschland". You can start the circular hiking trail "Traumschleife - Weg des Wassers" directly at the farm. We offer cyclists the opportunity to store their bikes and charge e-bikes. Families are very welcome here and can let off steam in our small playground. You are also welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you on request. Let us spoil you with home-made delicacies in our farm café and farm shop. In our restaurant in the farm café, our team offers you fresh, seasonal cuisine with our own meat, farm-baked cakes and pies as well as an extensive selection of drinks with coffee specialities, farm-made lemonades, freshly tapped beer and wines from selected winegrowers. From April you can use our sunny beer garden. Our kitchen is open all day. Our farm café is open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and our farm shop sells fresh regional produce. We only offer meat and sausage products from our own animals and from slaughtering in our own butcher's shop. The Hochwälder LandEi comes from our hens in the mobile barn. We offer pasta variations and homemade egg liqueur made from our own eggs. Homemade jams, chutneys etc. round off the range. You will also find a full range of special regional and organic foods such as vegetables, fruit, baked goods and dairy products. Farm shop open Friday and Saturday and on request.

Payment is made on site on arrival by EC payment or cash payment or by bank transfer When booking via Booking.com and AirBnB, payment is made directly via the portal Cancellations are free of charge until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival (if booking costs are incurred when booking via an Internet portal, these must be paid). Please cancel via the booking portal. After that 90% of the total price will be charged. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Arrival is possible from 3 p.m., departure until 11 a.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation. The keys are handed over by key box. You will receive the pin in advance by e-mail. Please return the key to the Hofcafé on departure or deposit it back in the key box and change the numbers Pets are allowed on request (up to 1 dog, depending on size, €10 per dog/day) A baby cot can be provided on request (free of charge) (bed linen and bedding for child not provided). Extra beds are not possible in the hotel rooms. Included in the price: WLAN, Saarland Card (from the 2nd overnight stay, according to the conditions TZS not possible with one overnight stay), overnight stay, room cleaning as required, towels with towel change on request, bed linen with weekly change and additional change on request, if required: baby cot for child up to 3 years (bed linen and bedding for child are not provided!), car park Breakfast can be booked in addition by prior arrangement: Breakfast at the table or, depending on the number of guests, breakfast buffet (€ 14.90 per person per day).
