An advance payment of 100% and a deposit of 200€ will be charged after booking. In consultation, the total amount can also be paid in cash. The deposit will be refunded within 10 days after departure. Cancellations up to 3 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 50% of the total price. Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 19:00. Departure is possible from 7:00 to 12:00. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation. The keys will be handed over personally on site. Pets are not allowed. A tourist tax of 2EUR/person/night will be paid on site.
